We repair material and manufacturing defects straightforwardly in our own workshop, so you can carry your companion for as long as possible.

• Repair focus: We focus on sustainability and offer professional repair in the event of a warranty claim (no replacement of the entire product).

• Exclusions: Please note that zippers as well as damage caused by improper use are excluded from this warranty.

• Shipping: When sending an item to our warehouse, the shipping costs are covered by you.
