At Gusti Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather companion. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate the Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring any tags are still attached and the item is securely protected.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned leather, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
